The Good Bad Mother l’épisode 7 a des fans qui pleurent pour Young-soon et Kang-ho, qui n’arrivent tout simplement pas à faire une pause dans leur vie. Réalisée par Shim Na-yeon et écrite par Bae Se-young, la série met en vedette Ra Mi-ran, Lee Do-hyun, Ahn Eun-jin et Yoo In-soo dans les rôles principaux.
La série tranche de vie () est centrée sur Young-soon et son fils Kang-ho, dont la relation avec maman a été turbulente en raison de son éducation stricte lorsqu’elle était enfant. Désormais adulte, Kang-ho est un procureur au cœur froid qui choisit de garder ses distances avec sa mère et vit en ville. Kang-ho retrouve un nouveau souffle et renoue avec sa mère ainsi qu’avec son ami d’enfance Mi-joo lorsqu’un drame l’oblige à retourner au hameau.
Contrairement à l’épisode 7, l’épisode 8 est un épisode plus heureux, Kang-ho et Young-soon ayant enfin une raison de se réjouir. Le duo mère-fils est capable de faire en sorte que Kang-ho se tienne debout, et avec un enthousiasme supplémentaire, ils sont capables de travailler pour récupérer les souvenirs de Kang-ho. Même si l’état de Young-soon s’aggrave, une découverte surprenante vient tout arrêter. Elle est capable de trouver la preuve que Kang-ho savait que quelque chose de mal pouvait lui arriver avant son accident, et il s’est assuré de cacher la preuve avant qu’il ne soit trop tard.
Young-soon et Kang-ho ont du mal à trouver une pause dans leur vie.
Young-soon découvre la planification géniale de son fils, et on montre au public que Kang-ho aurait pu s’impliquer avec Tae-soon et Moo-byeok après avoir appris la vérité sur son père. Bien que cette partie nécessite une validation supplémentaire, il devient évident que Kang-ho n’agissait pas comme un gamin pour le plaisir, et il en savait plus qu’il ne le laissait savoir. Pendant ce temps, Mi-joo se bat avec ses sentiments envers Kang-ho mais parvient enfin à installer son ongle avec succès. Alors que la proximité de Kang-ho grandit avec son enfant, le public reçoit un indice que leur père pourrait être plus proche de chez lui qu’elle ne le laisse entendre.
