Le célèbre chef et juge de MasterChef Australia, Jock Zonfrillo, serait décédé à l’âge de 46 ans. Il a été révélé que le regretté chef était décédé hier dans une déclaration déchirante sur son Instagram. Ses amis ont été invités à le garder dans leur cœur alors qu’ils pleuraient en privé et essayaient de comprendre comment passer à autre chose.

La nouvelle est un choc, surtout lorsque la dernière saison de MasterChef Australie Saison 15 était sur le point d’être diffusée à partir du 1er mai, à l’échelle internationale.. Zonfrillo a été rejoint par ses collègues hôtes Andy Allen et la critique gastronomique Melissa Leong pour l’émission de cuisine bien-aimée qui est regardée et aimée par beaucoup.
Après sa disparition, les créateurs de la série ont également décidé de retarder la première et sa nouvelle date de sortie n’a pas encore été révélée. Dès son plus jeune âge, Zonfrillo est devenu l’un des plus jeunes apprentis à travailler dans le luxueux complexe écossais The Turnberry Hotel, puis a travaillé pour le chef britannique étoilé Marco Pierre White.
Jock Zonfrillo est décédé, incitant sa famille à pleurer en privé.
Avec de nombreux hauts et des bas, il a connu le succès en Australie avec son restaurant Orana, qui a remporté trois chapeaux aux Chef Hat Awards 2019 et 2020 en plus d’être nommé Restaurant australien de l’année 2019 par The Good Food Guide. Il fait partie de l’émission MasterChef depuis 2019 et dans une bande-annonce récemment publiée, il a révélé la tradition classique et la saison à venir sur le thème des contes de fées.

Les condoléances ont afflué en son honneur de la part de collègues chefs, de candidats connus et de collègues qui ont travaillé avec lui au fil des ans. Le célèbre chef Jamie Oliver, qui devait apparaître dans l’épisode pilote, avait partagé des photos des coulisses jusqu’à il y a un jour. Après avoir appris la terrible nouvelle, Jamie Oliver a publié une autre image de l’ensemble qui montrait la nature généreuse de Zonfrillo.
Sur les réseaux sociaux, de nombreux spectateurs et même concurrents ont partagé leurs propres impressions sur lui et leurs interactions avec lui pendant la compétition. Ses collègues hôtes n’ont pas encore fait de déclaration, tandis que la première de l’émission est reportée jusqu’à nouvel ordre.
